Under Article 62 of the Articles of the Association the business of the meeting shall be as follows;

- Minutes of the Previous Meeting (28 October 2021)
- To receive and approve the Annual Reports (including Operational and Financial Reports)
- The Election of Directors and Office Bearers
The following nominations have been received (and position);
- Jacki Goode (Director)
- Bruce Duncan (Director)
- Paul Greene (Captain)
- Brock Pinner (Vice Captain)
Given that nominations for each position do not exceed the positions available, no vote will be required.
- To appoint an Auditor
To appoint Kelly Partners + Bendigo (formerly known as MGR) as BGC Auditors.
